Just in case you really DO want this recipe [you never know]
here it is.............
Breakfast Casserole
[serves six to eight]
500g mild sausages
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tspn mustard powder
1 tspn salt
2 cups cubed bread crusts
250g shredded cheddar cheese.

Brown sausages in a medium skillet, drain and discard any fat and set aside to cool.  Lightly beat the eggs in a large mixing bowl.  Add milk, mustard powder and salt and blend well.  Stir in bread crusts, sausages and cheese and mix well.  Pour into a shallow two litre glass baking dish, and refridgerate overnight.  Preheat oven to 180C. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the edges are brown.  Cut into wedges and serve, either hot or at room temperature.
